  • Owner, Director of Operations

    Born and raised in Brunswick, and a BHS Alumni, Greg is the proud owner of Beaulieu Energy Services, a business he has built from the ground up along side his wife, Kellie through over a decade of hard work, dedication and sacrifice. Committed to excellence, Greg has made it his mission to ensure that his company is one that can be trusted by clients and customers alike. Having spent numerous years in the HVAC field, Greg has developed an incredible understanding of a multitude of home heating systems, various fuel sources and current heat pump technologies. He consistently stays up to date with all of the latest technologies and advancements across the industry, ensuring that the company offers cutting-edge solutions to every one of its customers needs. Greg’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every project undertaken by Beaulieu Energy Services and has played a crucial role in the growth and success of this company.

    While his professional life keeps him busy, whenever possible Greg indulges in his passion for outdoor activities. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. These activities allow him to immerse himself in nature and appreciate its beauty.

    In addition to his love for the outdoors, Greg also has a love for travel. As his children grow older he hopes to enjoy exploring new places and experiencing different cultures together. He believes that traveling broadens one's horizons and provides valuable life experiences.

    In the beginning stages of building his own business, tremendous sacrifices were made in order to create a better future, not only for himself but for his family. Greg has always had an incredible work ethic and drive to make things happen. This has been one of the major contributions to the success and growth of Beaulieu Energy Services. After years of putting in the work to get to where he is now (despite his still very busy schedule), Greg is finally able to allow himself more of a work/life balance. He is now able to make more time for his own hobbies, his children, their sports and of course, his family. When time allows, he loves spending time with his wife, Kellie and their two kiddos away from work. Whether it's taking family trips or simply enjoying quality time together, Greg prioritizes creating lasting memories together.

    His dedication and commitment to both his business and personal life make him a truly remarkable individual. His vision for Beaulieu Energy Services, combined with his love for the outdoors and his family, shape him into a well-rounded and inspiring business owner.

    Work-life balance is indeed important to Greg. He understands the value of taking care of his employees and believes that a healthy work-life balance leads to happier and more productive individuals. He wants to create an environment where his employees can thrive professionally and personally, encouraging them to find a balance between their work commitments and personal lives.     Kellie serves as a co-owner of Beaulieu Energy Services. Having spent numerous years building and perfecting her skills outside of HVAC world, Kellie has developed a deep understanding of general business needs and operations in order to be successful. With her extensive knowledge and growing expertise in the industry, Kellie has played a pivotal role in the success and growth of the company along side her husband, (and HVAC mentor) Greg.

    She possesses exceptional leadership qualities that inspire her team members to perform at their best. She fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment, where each employee's ideas and contributions are valued. Kellie understands the importance of effective communication and ensures that everyone is on the same page, working towards the shared goals of the company.

    Being well-versed in business management, she utilizes her expertise to make strategic decisions that drive the company's growth and profitability. Kellie possesses a keen eye for detail and efficiency, constantly seeking ways to optimize processes and improve overall performance.

    Outside of work, Kellie is passionate about giving back to the community. She believes in the importance of protecting the environment and strives to incorporate eco-friendly practices into the company's operations.

    In her personal life, Kellie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children and their 3 dogs. She finds solace in outdoor activities and appreciates the beauty of nature. When not consumed by two kiddos in youth sports - You can find her hunting and fishing in her hometown, at Moosehead Lake - or spending some relaxing time near the ocean. Kellie's dedication to maintaining a healthy work-life balance allows her to recharge and bring fresh perspectives back to her team at Beaulieu Energy Services.

  • Technician

    Steven originally comes from the Moosehead Lake area where he grew a love for the outdoors. He spent years as part of the Maine Forest Service, traveling all over the country as a Wildland Firefighter - spending weeks at a time in the line of fire. He went on to complete a degree in Fire Science Technology. After spending over 8 years on the Maine coast in the commercial fishing industry he switched gears to start a career in HVAC. He began training under Greg in May of 2021 as an apprentice and is now a liscensed Journeyman and Propane & Natural Gas Technician! With his meticulous nature and eye for detail Steven has become our go-to Service and Annual Maintenance Tech. He brings an outstanding work ethic, dependability, and great customer relation skills to the team. During his time out of the field you can find him with his bow in hand, casting a line with his niece and nephew or playing some guitar.

    Ezra joined our team in July of 2021 and brings over 10 years of experience with HVAC, including multiple years working alongside Greg. In addition to his wealth of knowledge, he offers meticulous work and is dedicated to satisfying all of customers needs. Ezra brings extensive refrigeration experience and has proudly become our second Master Oil Technician as well as a licensed Propane & Natural Gas Tech! When he’s not busy working, he enjoys spending his time grilling, fishing, snowmobiling and spending time with his family - You might even catch him on the Disc Golf course!

  • Office Coordinator

    Anna's professional journey in the administrative atmosphere began over 18 years ago where she began building her skills, showcasing her potential and dedication. Her exemplary skills in coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and maintaining communication between departments has made her the perfect addition to our team. She transitioned into the field of HVAC with Beaulieu Energy Services in the fall of 2022 - jumping in head first! She is an exceptional team member with a strong passion for organization and efficiency. With her keen eye for detail and exceptional multitasking skills, she plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the office environment as well as start to finish with each customer in the field.

    As the Office Coordinator, Anna effortlessly handles a wide range of responsibilities. She is the go-to person for all administrative tasks, from answering calls, scheduling appointments and coordinating all jobs from new installs to emergency service. Anna's proactive approach allows her to anticipate needs and address challenges before they arise, creating a seamless workflow for the entire crew.

    Her warm and professional demeanor, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, allows her to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers at all levels. Anna's dedication, efficiency, and ability to create a harmonious work environment truly set her apart. By leveraging her skills and experience, she ensures that the office operates at its best.

    Anna is a mother to 3 wonderful boys and proud grammy to a wonderful grandson, with a passion for singing. She is also a proud member & singer of the local band “The Veggies”.  Outside of work, she enjoys visiting her home town, Madeira Beach, FL and getting her toes in the sand! Her heart is fullest when spending time with her husband, John, family and friends. When not performing herself, you can often catch her listening to other local bands, trying new restaurants, or relaxing by the pool!
